Hi Guys!
We are WeHeartParties. We're currently located in the Northland Mall in Sterling, Il. Our main goal is to take the everyday stresses and worries out of party planning and throwing! We take care of providing everything but the guest (or guests!) of honor. Basically, you just show up, enjoy yourself, and go home satisfied with your party! We understand that providing the ideal party can be somewhat of a nightmare but we're more than up for the challenge. We started this business because we both realized that there wasn't much out there in our area for venue options; and we also bonded over our love for decorating and coming up with ideas for the millions of parties always going on in our lives! Not only are we hoping to provide the space for your next soiree, but we'd love to also take all of the decorating, food, and cleanup off your hands as well. Besides offering our time for parties we also are hoping to provide the community with affordable monthly DIY crafts for families of all ages to come and participate in. As parents ourselves, we realize that inclusivity and affordability matter, so let us share our space and talents with you! We hope to be hearing from (and decorating for!) you all soon!

We have three different package options to offer you as of now:
The first is the Basic package starting at $150:
For this one you get the room, and use of the tables and chairs for up to three hours. We have six black table cloths if needed. We can help decorate & coordinate the party, and do a personalized chalkboard for you. We help clean up as well!
Our Hassle Free Package starts at $250 (this is a favorite!)
This gets you the following:
-the room, tables and chairs for up to three hours
-we decorate for you! (up to 3 colors of your choice/theme)
Decorations include:

Banner
Just come, enjoy your party, and go home without any worries!
Our Deluxe Package starts at $350
For the deluxe you’ll get:
-the room, tables and chairs set up for up to three hours
-catering, desserts, and drinks for up to 50 people (additional $20 charge for more per 30 more)
-personalized invites, themed decorations, and us getting it all set up for you!
***All three packages include day of coordinator if needed and help with set up and tear down***
We can also add the following to any package for an additional cost:
-Catered food/drinks for a base of $20 and then the cost of whatever you choose to have catered.
-Personalized invitations for $25 per 20
-Take home treat bags for $30 per 20
-Jump house $30
-Personalized party crafts starts at $40 per 15
